INGREDIENTS:

For the Turkey Mince:
1 lb (450g) lean turkey mince
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoon Hotboss Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Salsa:
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Hotboss Smokey Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lime juice, from 1 lime
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped

For the Guacamole:
2 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon Hotboss Original Sauce
Salt to taste

Additional Ingredients:
Taco shells
Sour cream with chives
Additional toppings: diced tomato, chopped onion, extra coriander, peas

METHOD:

Prepare the Salsa:
In a bowl, combine diced tomato, chopped red onion, Hotboss Smokey Sauce, salt, pepper, fresh lime juice, and chopped coriander.
Mix well and set aside.

Make the Guacamole:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add minced garlic, lime juice, chopped coriander, Hotboss Smokey Sauce, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Adjust seasoning to taste.

Marinate and Cook the Turkey Mince:
In a bowl, mix the turkey mince with minced garlic, Hotboss Hot Sauce, salt, and pepper.
Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated turkey mince.
Cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Optional: add diced veggies like bell peppers or peas for extra flavour and nutrition.

Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
Spoon the cooked turkey mince into the taco shells.
Top with the prepared salsa, guacamole, a dollop of sour cream with chives, and any additional toppings you desire.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves for a burst of colour and freshness.
