Although we’re sad you didn’t like your Hotboss order, you can return it if it didn’t hit the spice level you were after. We have a 30 day return policy and require that the hot sauce, clothing or rum that you wish to return is in the same condition as you received it.

Well, that all depends on how hot you like your sauces. We recommend Hotboss original for a gentle heat to enhance dishes, the Hotboss smokey for a sweet sauce with a spicy undertone and the Hotboss hot for those who like their food with a definite chilli kick.

Before opening, your hot sauce can be stored in a cool, dry place. However, upon opening, make sure to move it to the fridge to retain its flaming heat and use within 1 month for peak flavour.
