INGREDIENTS:
Hot Boss Sauce (Hot) to cook with / Smokey to dip
Onions
Garlic
Red Peppers
Tomato Puree
Passata
Oven Chips
Coriander to Garnish (optional)
METHOD:
Place your chips in the oven or air fryer and cook till crispy as the sauce will soften the chips.
Add some oil to a pan and brown off the Onions then add the crushed Garlic and Peppers then allow to cook for 5 mins.
Add the Tomato Puree, Passata, Hot Boss sauce and leave to simmer for 10 mins allowing the flavours to infuse. Season with salt and pepper.
Once your chips are cooked and crispy and to the sauce and mix through well for a few mins.
Garnish with Coriander and dip into the Smokey Hot Boss sauce.
