Whether you’re loading it into warm flatbreads, piling it onto rice bowls, or just grabbing it straight from the pan (no judgement), this dish delivers BIG flavour with a cheeky kick. Perfect for weekend feasts, quick dinners, or when you want to show off your street food skills at home.

INGREDIENTS:
For the marinade: 600g boneless chicken thighs 3 tbsp plain yogurt 2 tbsp Hot Boss Original Sauce (or Hot if you're feeling fiery) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp smoked paprika ½ tsp ground coriander ½ tsp ground turmeric Salt & pepper to taste 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking) To serve: Flatbreads or pitas Shredded lettuce Sliced cucumber & tomato Red onion (thinly sliced) Garlic mayo, tahini, or yogurt drizzle Extra Hot Boss Sauce on the side
METHOD:
1. Marinate the chicken: Mix yogurt, Hot Boss Sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and all the spices in a bowl. Add chicken, coat well, and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight = flavour). 2. Cook it up: Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat with a little oil. Cook chicken for 5–6 mins per side until golden, charred in places, and cooked through. Let it rest for 5 mins, then slice. 3. Build your shawarma: Layer chicken into flatbreads with lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauces. Drizzle with more Hot Boss if you’re living dangerously. 4. Wrap, roll, or stuff it in your face.
