INGREDIENTS:
500g Chicken Breast
1.5 inches Ginger
6-7 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Turmeric
3 tbsp Hot Boss 'Hot' Sauce
1 Lime
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Cornflour
Salt to Taste
METHOD:
Prepare Marinade:
Peel and grind ginger and garlic to a paste.
In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with turmeric, salt, ginger/garlic paste, cornflour, vegetable oil, lime juice, and Hot Boss sauce.
Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Cook the Chicken
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius (390 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the marinated chicken breast in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Fry the chicken in the air fryer for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 75 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit).
Serve
Once cooked, remove the Hot Boss 'Hot' Chicken from the air fryer.
